Shipping

We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, but delivery timing depends on what you ordered and when. Because we sell freshly baked goods, dispatch may vary slightly based on when items are ready to ship.

We know how frustrating delivery delays can be, especially when it comes to fresh food. If your parcel is delayed, our products have good shelf life when refrigerated so as long as you pop them in the fridge when they do arrive, a small delay shouldn't hurt them.

If it has been more than 48 hours without movement on tracking, please contact us. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll offer you a replacement or a refund right away.




If your order arrives damaged:

We'll arrange a replacement or refund depending on your preference. We’ll also pass your feedback to our warehouse and courier partners to help prevent it happening again.
