WHY YOU'LL LOVE IT

The Caesar wrap that earns its lunch break

This tastes like a creamy café lunch, but the chicken and SRSLY wrap do the serious nutritional lifting. The yoghurt-based dressing keeps the familiar Caesar richness while Parmesan, Dijon, garlic and Worcestershire bring all the savoury depth.

Make it fresh for warm chicken and maximum crunch, or pack the components separately and roll just before eating.

Creamy, crunchy and properly filling

Protein-led

Chicken, Parmesan, yoghurt and the wrap combine to deliver approximately 53g protein.

Ready in 20 minutes

Fast enough for lunch at home, with simple prep-ahead options for workdays.

Proper Caesar flavour

Garlic, Parmesan, Dijon and Worcestershire make the lighter dressing taste anything but light.

LET'S MAKE IT

A 20-minute high-protein lunch

Use approximately 130g raw chicken breast to finish with around 100g cooked chicken. Rest it before slicing so the filling stays juicy.

Easy swaps

Method

1

Cook the chicken

Season the chicken with black pepper. Cook in a lightly oiled non-stick pan over a medium-high heat until golden and completely cooked through, then rest for 3 minutes before slicing.

2

Make the dressing

Stir together the yoghurt, mayonnaise, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic and black pepper. Taste before adding salt because the Parmesan and Worcestershire are already savoury.

3

Dress the crunch

Toss the romaine with about two-thirds of the dressing and half of the Parmesan so every leaf gets a light creamy coating.

4

Warm the wrap

Heat the SRSLY wrap for 15–20 seconds in the microwave or briefly in a dry frying pan, just until flexible.

5

Build it generously

Spoon the dressed lettuce down the middle, pile over the sliced chicken and finish with the remaining dressing and Parmesan.

6

Roll and slice

Fold in the sides, roll tightly and cut diagonally. Eat immediately while the chicken is warm and the lettuce is still crisp.
