LET'S MAKE IT

Air-Fryer Chilli-Lime Salmon Wrap with Crunchy Cabbage

Makes 1 serving. Nutrition includes all stated ingredients, toppings, sauces and cooking fat.

Nutrition & tips

Method

1

Season the salmon

Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Pat the salmon dry and toss with the olive oil, smoked paprika, chilli and lime zest. Keep the lime juice for the dressing.

2

Air-fry until cooked

Arrange the salmon in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, turning gently halfway, until steaming hot throughout, opaque in the centre and flaking easily. Larger pieces may need longer; avoid crowding.

3

Make the crunchy filling

Mix the yoghurt with the lime juice and coriander. Toss half the dressing with the cabbage and cucumber, keeping the rest for the wrap.

4

Warm, fill and fold

Warm the wrap briefly in a dry frying pan over low heat until flexible. Spread with the remaining dressing, add the slaw and salmon, then fold the sides in and roll. Cut in half and serve immediately.
